Experience of Military Medicine in the Fight against the New Coronavirus Infection.

The results achieved by the medical service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to overcome the new coronavirus infection are presented. The high efficiency of the established unified system of biological safety and strict ranking of the priorities of anti-epidemic measures is shown. The experience of organizing traveling medical and nursing teams, as well as temporary military medical units on the territory of Russia, as well as in foreign countries, is demonstrated. Among the priority scientific results of military doctors, especially noteworthy is the study of the world's first COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik V, its immunogenicity, the effectiveness of its use in previously ill patients and revaccination, as well as the use of immune plasma from those who have been ill and vaccinated. By the examples of organized military groups and the general population, the features of the formation of herd immunity have been studied. Military doctors were the first in the country to show the effectiveness of hormone therapy in the treatment of coronavirus infection and to study its effects. They carried out ultrastructural studies of the life cycle of the virus. It is shown that the system of comprehensive measures implemented by military medicine determined a lower incidence of new coronavirus infection among the personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Russia and a lower mortality among the military.

[Possibilities of application of modern training methods (project activities) in training health care organizers on the example of a military medical educational organization].

The efficiency of health care and the quality of medical care can be improved by implementing modern management methods and technologies. It requires modern and high-quality training of medical management personnel. Qualified personnel are the key factor in the organization and transformation of the health system. Human resources ultimately ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire health sector. Requirements to economic management methods are changing and increasing, and specialists with skills in managing medical organizations at different levels of the healthcare system are becoming in demand. At the level of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the role of medical personnel who possess strategic methods of healthcare management is increasing. Available training programs in leading higher educational institutions of medical profile do not fully fulfill these tasks due to limited time, a large volume of lecture material, and frequent changes in the conditions and tasks of health care. These problems can be solved by optimizing training programs for retraining and advanced training of health care organizers, introducing active training methods such as business games, case methods, and project activities into the curriculum. The paper describes the system of training students for training courses in the field of healthcare and public health through planning and implementation, project management in the context of military educational organizations of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the statistical analysis of the training effectiveness, the factors that influence the success of development programs.

Organisational basics of medical rehabilitation improvment in the health resort organisatons of the Armed Forces.

The article provides description of modern status of the system of medical rehabilitation for servicemen of the Armed Forces on the level of health resort treatment. Authors give results of work analysis of military health resort institutions, concerning medical rehabilitation for military servicemen. Studied problem issues, defined main ways of medical rehabilitation organization improvement in health resort treatment institutions.

Showing features of the organization of medical rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease after surgical treatment at a sanatorium stage. It presents historical aspects of the organization of sanatorium-and spa industry and the current state andof the system of sanatorium treatment of servicemen of the Armed Forces. The paper presnts the analysis of the results of the military resorts to organize and conduct spa treatment personnel. The causes of decline of satisfaction with the qualityof personnel provided services in sanatoriums. The main directions of development of the military sanatorium complex are determined.

[Prospects of IT usage in the field of military psychiatry].

Development of effective information support for monitoring of internal health, based on the principles of complex diagnostics, provides the necessary tools objektive evaluation and prediction of mental health in servicemen. Effectiveness of psychiatric prophylaxys technologies depends on compliance with a number of fundamental principles, the main of which should be considered as a multidimensional assessment of mental health in servicemen and real cooperation of different specialists (commanders, specialists of medical and psychological service) for its implementation. In this case, an introduction of information and communication technologies on the basis of the district (fleet) and the Central Military Hospital, as well as other bodies of military control will be almost justified only when creating a full-fledged "information field of military psychiatry" that implements the basic principles of the monitoring system of mental health and includes necessary infrastructure. The practical implementation of this system will allow to personjfyfy medical and psychological assistance to military personnel, to improve early diagnosis of mental disorders, addictive .and suicidal behaviour, and thus increase the effectiveness throughout psychiatric prophylaxis in the army.

The authors present an analysis of current state of rehabilitation and treatment system in the armed forces of foreign countries, and main directions of its development. The authors summarize an experience in the field of organization and carrying out of rehabilitation and treatment measures in the armed forces of foreign countries, and also define possible ways of how to apply gained experience in organizing sanatorium-resort provision for servicemen of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Organization of health resort support for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during peacetime. The authors analysed legal documents and presented data on modern organization of health resort support in the Russian armed forces during peacetime, procedure of referral of military personnel and members of their families and other categories of citizens to health resort treatment and organized recreation. The authors showed the advantages of health resort treatment as a primary stage psychological rehabilitation of servicemen, including "preventive" rehabilitation, as evidenced by positive dynamics of indicators of health, and significant economic effect. Besides the authors determined prospective ways of improving health resort support in the Armed Forces.
